Cisco finalising $2bn understanding to acquire BroadSoft

Networking giant Cisco is reportedly in a final stages of a $2bn understanding to acquire telecoms program organisation BroadSoft. 

That’s according to a news by newswire Reuters, citing a usual “person informed with a deal”, building on a news in Aug that suggested that a BroadSoft house was considering a sale.
