Swisscom extends one comms participation with BroadSoft partnership

BroadSoft has combined a one communication and partnership (UCC) capabilities of a possess BroadSoft Business UC-One focus to Swisscom’s IP telephony Smart Business Connect Solution. BroadSoft says that UC-One has extended a featureset of SBCS, branch it into a full UC product with collaboration, present messaging, shade sharing, video conferencing and practical presence.

Primarily targeting tiny and middle businesses, Swisscom’s SBCS can be used by 5 employees or more. As good as a new UC services above, it also includes additional services such as internet disaster protection.

Reto Baschera, conduct of business products during Swisscom, said, “Smart Business Connect stands for a complicated IP telephony resolution from a cloud. For Swisscom, it is a judicious step to now supplement UCC functions. In team-work with BroadSoft, we can offer a business a genuine combined value and open adult new opportunities for elementary and stretchable collaboration.”.
