Oracle introduces Live Experience Cloud for patron engagement

Oracle on Friday is rolling out a Oracle Live Experience Cloud, a new use that should make it easier for enterprises to rivet with their business in real-time.

The Live Experience Cloud, mostly designed with mobile interactions in mind, can be integrated into web and mobile apps, and it can assistance update a company’s existent call core and CRM tools.

It offers real-time communication capabilities, including HD voice, HD video and shade sharing. It can yield patron support teams with patron context opposite channels, as good as rules-based contextual routing for all channels. Enterprises can use it to pierce business from a chatbot communication to live assistance, or for real-time recording, hunt and playback.
