Equity podcast: 500 Startups scandals, unsatisfactory IPOs and a finish of Jawbone

We kicked off with a low dive into a continuing try collateral nuisance scandal, that has already brought down one firm, led to a series of crushed reputations and many recently led to thespian shakeups during 500 Startups. We also overwhelmed on this piece, that provides a template for try behavior.

We also dug into Blue Apron’s recent marketplace woes, Tintri’s slack performance and what those disappointments could meant for other unicorns looking to go public.

We wrapped a week staring during a day’s violation news, that Jawbone is over. The firm, that burnt by hundreds of millions of dollars of capital, and torched billions of dollars in value on a descent, is now kaput according to The Information.
